1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of ARCM Roofing Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ARCM Roofing Inc. provides residential and commercial roofing services in the Denver metro area and surrounding communities. Our services include but are not limited to roof installation, roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspection, and storm damage restoration.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by ARCM Roofing are free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the project. Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to the customer in writing before work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by project and will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and financing options. A deposit may be required to schedule your project. Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

5. Warranty

ARCM Roofing provides a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on all roof installations. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used and are provided directly by the manufacturer. Warranty terms and conditions are outlined in your service agreement and warranty documentation provided upon project completion.

6. Insurance and Licensing

ARCM Roofing Inc. is fully licensed and insured in the State of Colorado. We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, ensuring access to the work area, removing personal items from the work area, and notifying ARCM Roofing of any known hazards or special conditions. Customers should also ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area during the project.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their project with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and any materials that have been ordered or work that has been completed. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in your service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

ARCM Roofing Inc.'s liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by acts of nature, or issues arising from customer negligence. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of project completion.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

11. Changes to Terms

ARCM Roofing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
